Kind. Supportive. Caring.

I was once asked, "How can you help people with their issues if you've been sad or upset?" I smiled and responded, "The same way a medical doctor helps patients who are sick; with thoughtfulness and integrity." I am not immune from life's challenges because I am a therapist. I believe that life experiences have helped me become more compassionate toward people who are hurting. My education, training, and professional expertise provide the tools for me to counsel individuals and families. It is such an honor to support and counsel my clients as they move through their healing process.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

I absolutely Love her!! She helped me figure out a big deal of why I have my anxiety on the very first appointment. She is extremely sweet and caring and so smart! She's patient with me and she just helps me feel so much better all the way around. I told her that I needed fixing and she assured me immediately that I was not 'broken' but that I just need help adjusting. She's amazing! I highly recommend her!!

My time is very limited due to my occupation. Charlotte has been more than willing to work with me whenever & however I can . From the first conversation, I felt that she truly cared about what I’m going through & wanted to help. That is true compassion.
