Shelly is amazing! She takes the time to get to the root of whatever it may be that you're facing, and then helps YOU make a decision confidently. She's been wonderful at helping me through quite a bit so far and we've only been working together for a short time. I look forward to learning all I can from Shelly!

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Shelly is so attentive and in tune to what is the deeper issues are. She helps me dig through the layers of why I feel the way I feel, or respond the way I do, then gives me tools that allow me to reframe what I’m feeling or doing. She has helped me so much!
I have only had one session with Shelly Allen but already I am understanding more about myself and developing tools to help me. I felt comforavle andheard throughout the sessions. I have learned things about myself I have never realized before. Would recommend 10/10
I've only had two sessions so far but in that time I have felt heard and respected. I feel this was a good match.
Understanding and great experience with her
Best therapist I’ve ever had.
She’s amazing and I’ve recommended Better Help more than I can count now!
Ms. Allen is very professional and spend the time to listen and respond in a nonjudgmental way. Ms. Allen has helped the communication in my marriage to advance from a 1 to a 8 on a 10 point scale within our first three sessions. Thank you very much for your guidance.

Shelly was great. I appreciate her professionalism
Love her, she listens and makes me feel very comfortable to open up about how I’m really feeling. Looking forward to many more sessions with her. Thanks Shelly
Shelly understood my situation within a few minutes. She allowed me to open up when I did not know I could. Everyone should have a Shelly available to talk to.
It’s only been a few short weeks that I’ve been seeing Shelly but I have worked with 3-4 therapists in the past few years. Shelly is exceptionally adept and knowledgeable I am excited to work with her more over time.
She has been so very helpful for me and directed me with the proper direction to be enlightened about myself
Shelly took the time to listen to me and never made me feel like I was excessively emotional or a bother. I really like her approach and the help she's given me
She has been very helpful on my journey of healing and understanding. She is definitely a professional! I never took therapy before now and I was shocked at how much we were able to accomplish in 4 weeks! There’s so much more to say but she’s highly recommended for me.
