I've been having therapy with Mo for almost three months after losing my mom 5 months ago and suffering with severe anxiety, stress and grief. Mo has been nothing short of amazing. She's been guiding me through the grief and anxiety, listens to me when I need to get it all off my chest and doesn't judge me when all I can do is cry. She's helped me look at things differently, begun to change my way of thinking and is a kind ear when I'm missing my mom. I'm glad to have matched with her and had her on my grief and anxiety journey.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I came to Mo 3 months ago. And I don't think I had made a better decision that to click "yes" when offered her as a therapist In a long time. She is always present, attentive, understanding, thoughtful and kind (the list could go on). But at most, she is a good person. A person that took my messy situation and helped me open new avenues and gave me the tools to move forward.

Mo truly cares and is passionate about her clients. She is able to grasp and adapt to her clients personality. She goes above and beyond by asking how the client week is going , showing that this is more then just a weekly call but that she is focused on her clients mental state and their progress. Thank you Mo
