Amy Montoya is such a professional when it comes to communication and expertise in guidance, she takes time and effort to talk with you during your sessions. Allowing you to express yourself with out any judgment. Her experience definitely shows when dealing with anxiety as she has offered ways to help calm down that truly work wonders. Amy is also very understanding and patient, I definitely recommend her as she has helped me push through the process and gave me a better understanding of myself.
