About me

Hello! Thank you for reading my profile. I am a UK licensed psychotherapeutic counsellor with four years of adult counselling experience. Additionally, I have seventeen years experience working with children and young people in education and mental health. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including stress and anxiety, phobias, relationship issues, motivation, self-esteem and confidence, and depression. I have also supported clients who have experienced trauma or emotional abuse.

My style is gently explorative and interactive, working with you to achieve your goals. My integrative training combines cognitive-behavoural, psychodynamic, humanistic and narrative therapy amongst others. We can find the approaches that suit you best, to create a bespoke plan that works for you.
