I am a licensed adult and young adult Integrative therapist based in the UK with over 8 years of professional work experience as a mental health therapist. He made me aware of unhelpful patterns and my default responses, and helped me deal with difficult thoughts. Under his guidance, I discovered my potential to do more. I learned that seeking help and embracing change without guilt or shame is the first step. It is important to take the time required to recuperate and reclaim a sense of self. Frederick helped me with acceptance, setting boundaries, and being more assertive. Frederick made me realise that when I change my behaviour and no longer meet others’ expectations, their reaction, and their approval of me can also change. He helped me understand the situation better and taught me some useful coping techniques, promoting healthy habits, and removing stimuli that hindered my rest and personal time. He also encouraged and supported me throughout our sessions. Thanks to Frederick, I’ve gained a range of coping techniques and gained valuable insights into the underlying reasons and consequences of my situation. I am now more aware of the boundaries I need to set to protect my time, especially in terms of work-life balance, which is not respected in my current workplace. I no longer worry about others appreciating or acknowledging my change in behaviour. I am confident in my ability to handle new and uncertain situations, even if they seem scary.

Started with weekly phone calls for one of the deepest depression periods of my life, evolved into weekly video calls discussing the challenges of most likely suffering from a lifetime of hidden, undiagnosed ADHD. Frederick pulled me out of the pit, now it's on me to start crawling back into civilization, with his help of course.

Frederick is kind and gentle with his approach, listening and making notes which to me, makes me feel valued and heard, it also helps to explore the issues and deal with something that I may have said without knowing the severity of it.
Frederick is a very respectful and insightful therapist with lots of life and therapy experience hence I'm confident in his skills and advice and would recommend to anyone, esp if you're otherwise "triggered " by therapists. This is not the case with Frederick for me at least, a positive and neutral attitude towards my concerns, I feel listened to and appreciated - many thanks!
