Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Amazing therapist. She has help me make so much progress in my life.

I have enjoyed my time with Erica over the last few months, I still plan on having sessions with her after posting this. She does listen and understand what concerns I have with anything and is more than willing to discuss and work on a solution that works for everyone. She knows her away around trauma and other hard issues and also isn't afraid to get down to the center of a problem at a pace I'm comfortable with. Her and all therapists work isnt immediate but I assure you it'll be beneficial to work with her and find a stability in/over come life's struggles.

Words cannot express the immense gratitude that I have for Erica. She has far exceeded my expectations for the BetterHelp platform. She has provided me with a safe space to be the most vulnerable version of myself without judgement. She’s met my shortcomings with empathy, and fears with compassion. More importantly, she’s renewed my hope in the potential for becoming a better, healthier, stronger me. I cherish our sessions and bond. As much as I do not want to share her, I would highly recommend Erica for anyone who is looking for the light while in a dark place. She is the absolute BEST!
