I like to work with people like yourself in a humanistic, empowering way. I place you in the centre of our sessions, and I help you access your inner potential - something we all have!

I have lived experience in trauma, C-PTSD, depression, anxiety, self-harm and various other forms of adversity. Now, each individual's experience is different, but it sure is useful when speaking with others who describe similar issues!

I work in an integrative fashion - which is counsellor-speak for 'many different approaches into one'.

It's quite handy being a young global majority male counsellor. I do feel I'm very immersed and 'up-to-date' with our generation's current woes. I see plenty of it, for sure. This really has helped me work well with young adults who are, roughly, in my age bracket (18-40). There is no reason I cannot work with you if you happen to be a little older though!

Some sessions are focused on compassionate listening, while others are focused on suggestions for greater wellbeing, hobby development, anxiety techniques, mindfulness exercises, cognitive-behavioural techniques, deep imagery exercises, poetry, self soothing (havening), and more. We can adjust our sessions depending on your requirements.

I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, & coping with grief and loss, to name a few.

You are welcome to email or call me using the contact details on this page. We can have a free consultation to get to know each other off the bat. Of course, If your issues are beyond my current skillset, I will be honest and tell you - you deserve the best support available.

P.S. I won't tell you to just go and have a bath - it doesn't work.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
