I am licensed in Idaho with 8 years of professional work experience. My passion is helping people grow and find the healing and wholeness they desire. I have experience in helping clients with trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, relationship issues, parenting issues, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. In addition, I have experience working with Foster and Adoptive families as well as personally being a foster and adoptive mom. In addition, as a Christian, I offer faith based and Biblically based counseling for those who want counseling from that prespective. I also understand there is a lot of church hurt and people struggling with areas in their faith. I provide a safe place to work through and heal from those hurts as well.
I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I believe that you are the expert of your story and I take an approach of meeting you where you are. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, solution focused and client centered strength based approach to help you make the forward movement in the direction you want to go.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

getting me through tough times
I don't know where I'd be with out Pamela. She came into my life just before I very suddenly lost my dad. I planned to work on childhood drama and instead fell head first into grief. We've since covered my childhood and other things but I don't think I'd be the person I am today if I hadn't found Better Help and Pamela. She makes me feel seen and heard and felt in a life that has been horribly hard. I feel like I am truly finding myself thanks to her.
Pamela is great for what she is doing. She is very polite and respectful, she also is there for any issues that you might need.
Pamela has really been helpful in giving me tools to navigate a more enriched relationship with my spouse. She listens so well, and is very personable and encouraging.
Pamela is fabulous. She is engaged in conversation and is sensitive to my needs. She offered many different approaches to help me. I love that she knows me well and looks for ways to help me specifically. She checks in with me and sends notes of encouragement. She has made a huge difference in my mental health recovery.
I’ve been meeting with Pam for almost a month now and Pam is amazing. I appreciate her experiences that she shares that relate to the issues I’m facing in my own life (personal and relationships). Pam is an excellent listener and wonderful at asking questions that cause a deeper thought process on my part, to better understand the why’s and what’s to my life’s experiences as I try to work at being a better version of myself. I also appreciate her sharing and understanding of how my belief’s / spiritual faith plays into how I think and feel. Pam is a rockstar, 5 stars out of 5 stars! Highly recommended.
