Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Amazing, what can I say, 6 months in and healing with my trauma, rejection and people pleasing
I am finding my sessions super helpful. They give me space to think, and Susan always helps me gain perspective and insight. She has been great at making me feel comfortable and I feel she is guiding me through my issues. It often feels a little relieving during the sessions, and particularly after, like a weight is lifted bit by bit.
She is very nice and understanding. And provides good advice.
I found my sessions with susan very beneficial! I actually looked forward to them every week! She was very nice and respectful! She helped me get through a rough patch in my life and always made an effort to get times that suited me! I really recommend her! A lovely person!
Susan has literally been there during the toughest time of my life so far to be really honest. She listens, always tries to make realise how I am feeling and advises so well! Can't praise her enough!
Extremely helpful both with ease of scheduling and help within sessions. A very good fit
This is my first time trying therapy and Susan has been truly excellent. I feel like I can talk about anything and the way she asks questions has quickly got me finding the heart of the matter. Thanks Susan!
Sue has been nothing but helpful. She is a great listener and always makes me feel like my emotions are valid. I am really glad that I took the step and started therapy and Sue is one of the main reasons for this!
