With Holly I was able to open out all my feelings freely. I felt that I'm heard and not being judged. She understood my need for practicing with worksheets and shared the right ones with me. I feel revealed and regained the confidence that it's okay to feel what I feel. Thank you so much and I'll never forget you.

I am licensed in the UK, and I am an accredited member of the National Counselling Society, and a member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapy and abide by their code of ethics.

I currently work in private practice and for a charity that counsels those bereved by suicide.

I have experience working within the NHS for over 2 years, helping a diverse group of clients with issues such as stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, family conflicts, & trauma and abuse. I previously volunteered with a charity that helps adult survivors of child sexual and physical and emotional abuse and PTSD.

I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

I worked within the corporate environment for over 20years, and around six years ago I changed my life direction, using my own life experiences to turn them into a positive and help others.

I look forward to meeting you.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
