I love Victoria, she was always willing to listen and to help me.

Reviewed January 2024

Victoria is a wonderful therapist, she is kind, compassionate, attentive and incredibly encouraging. I have had many, many therapists in the past who I couldn’t connect with, however this experience of therapy has been the polar opposite. I feel comfortable to share my anxieties and worries and always feel like I’m listened to and understood. I am incredibly lucky to have her as my therapist.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

She is great and listens to me

I'm so glad that out of all the therapists I could have ended up with, I got Vicky. She has a very nice balance of being professional and friendly. She makes me feel listened to, is always on time, and makes my concerns feel valid. Would recommend her to my friends and family.

I have had the privilege of having Vicky as my therapist for just over 7 months. She has taken me through a journey of "finding myself " .She's helped me to become more confident in expressing myself without being apologetic. She has been extremely understanding of the issues I faced & has supported me through them. Her approach has been truly amazing, professional & very helpful. I couldn't have had a more understanding & helpful therapist. I highly recommend her!

Reviewed November 2023

Vicky has been very helpful, respectful and supportive, giving nudges and nuggets of wisdom as and when needed, she seems to know exactly what to say, when, and in what way, which is quite remarkable and helps immensely encouraging self-growth and self-reflection. Some of the metaphors, imagery and ideas she offered during the sessions I now apply in my day to day life, which has become a powerful tool in different aspects of life. I count myself lucky to have been matched with Vicky on the platform.
