Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Keshia is a clear communicator and an active listener. She asks pertinent questions and has raised questions that have gone overlooked by my past clinicians. She is able to handle the complexity of individual identity vs generational trauma. She is very professional, kind and isn't easily shocked. Highly recommend to anyone struggling with family relationships and mixed race issues.

My therapist provides a safe space to talk through big life issues, helping me to put the focus on myself and my feelings - something I haven’t ever really done. Thank you for helping me to really connect with myself.

It feels really nice to actually speak to someone who makes you feel comfortable enough to open up to especially after having bad experiences with therapy at a young age

Recently started therapy with Keisha and I feel as though I am in the right path to healing. Situations don’t live in my head rent free anymore because I am able to talk about things and Keisha helps me to unpick and break things so I have a better understanding. Looking forward to continuing our sessions !!! Thank you Keisha!
