Kim is a great listener and does a good job gently getting to the things that I never want to bring up even though I need to talk about them. She also has lots of great resources and strategies to recommend. Best therapist I have ever had!

Reviewed November 2023

Kim is an excellent therapist, probably the best I have ever worked with. She listens carefully, asks difficult questions that help me to reflect and challenge myself, recommends useful worksheets/podcasts/reading for further thought, reads my journals and uses them to direct our sessions, and communicates between sessions about some things in my journal. The last few months of therapy have been incredibly helpful and made me feel more confident as I've developed skills and amassed resources to continue to help myself outside of therapy, too.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

She is amazing! Very caring.

Reviewed April 2023

Kimberly is one of the best mental health professionals I have ever had the privilege of working with. I sought her care after/during a very intense period in my life and she was able to help me break down what was happening and begin processing. She helped me with steps in our sessions but also on how to consciously move forward outside of our sessions. Her approach (and amazing analogies!) really clicked with me.
