Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Talked with Peter for two months. He really helped me navigate and challenging period in my life with anxiety and stress. I would highly recommend Peter to anyone that may be going through a tough time.
Very relaxed, considerate and empathetic man.
Great experience overall
Peter is truly the best therapist, not only he listens but he also gives advice on how to navigate, I feel so excited whenever the session is coming up! Peter helps me feel at peace and it's like my comfort place to vent :)
Peter helped me to develop strategies to manage anxiety. His expertise and compassionate approach have truly made a positive impact on my life.
Peter has been a great therapist. He listens to my concerns and respect my wishes. I wasn’t comfortable doing video call and wanted to only chat and he agreed to it. He has share me different exercises to practice and be able to cope with my situations. I do not feel judge or pressured. He listens, understands and response accordingly. He even manages to keep in touch during the week to share a quote that is relevant to what I’m going through and I really like that because makes me feel that he cares and that I’m not alone.
I really like how supporting and understanding he is during our sessions and helps me understand myself properly too
