Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Very experienced and professional. It feels as if no matter what I say, she has heard it before and can help me through my issues.
She is incredible and has helped over come the loss of my pets. She listens and provides honest feedback. I also love hearing her stories about her pets!
So far I really like Karen. The only downfall is she can’t write prescriptions.
I really appreciate how Karen has helped me through a big move and tough times at work. I also love our passionate conversations on various topics. My anxiety has definitely improved since meeting with her!
Karen is always quick to respond to my messages and is willing to work with your schedule to an extent if they don’t completely align. She views this as a short term service and in doing so offers great resources to help you now and as you switch to a more regular therapist if you so choose.
Kay, has followed up through out the week checking on me. She has demonstrated excellent listening skills
