More about Kremena

Welcome to my profile, I am Kremi.

Maybe you are looking for a safe space to express yourself as you may feel down. Perhaps you are anxious or have been depressed for some time. Or experience family problems or bereavement. Difficult feelings could be overwhelming, you may feel that you would like to change something and you don’t know where to start, just being aware of your desire to talk. Engaging in therapy can help you to explore where you are now, where you would like to be and how you can get there.

Having someone to talk to and being heard can make a big difference. I can offer a safe and confidential environment where you can be yourself. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to support you in your journey, providing you with a warm, empathic and non-judgemental environment in your path to self-discovery and healing.

I am a fully qualified integrative BACP counsellor, trained to use the approach that most suits your presenting issue. After we discuss what you would like to achieve in our work, my role would be to help you to explore your thoughts and feelings, supporting you in developing clarity and understanding for yourself.

We can either agree to work in an open-ended way where you would decide how long you need the therapy for or engage in therapy for a time-limited period of 6 to 24 sessions. This is something we can discuss in our initial session.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
