I’ve had fourteen sessions with Lucretia DuBose, so far, and the therapy has been very helpful. When I started therapy, I was feeling very depressed, regretful, and hopeless since selling my home in Southern California a year ago, at my daughter’s urging, and moving to Georgia to live with my daughter and her family. Lucretia helped me to figure out why I had made that decision. Understanding why I made that big decision just six months after my husband died was a breakthrough. I’ve been journaling as Lucretia suggested which has helped me to recall the issues I want to discuss. She has also encouraged me to leave her a note if I have any questions or concerns between sessions. I highly recommend Lucretia DuBose for anyone who is seeking therapy with a caring person who listens and who genuinely wants to help.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

She is really good and patient with her clients. She doesn’t pass judgment and does her best to provide you with a different angle of looking at your problems. With over 10 years experience you cannot go wrong by selecting her as your therapist.
She’s great
Lucretia is a wonderful women in and out, her caring heart shone through every session we had, her questions were always very deep and helped me get to the root of things. She’s extremely personable and sweet, overall very easy to talk to. I loved building a friendship with her throughout my journey. She helped guide me to who I am now. I definitely would recommend her to someone who needs a soft yet strong therapist:)
Lucretia is very easy to talk with as she listens and provides support! She's been helping me!
Lucretia is a great listener, and is extremely talented. she pushes me to think about things in a different way than I may have considered, but not in a way that felt challenging. She was easy to talk to, and I can tell she put a lot of effort into making sure she properly understood my problems so that she could help me.
