Hello! Thank you for sharing about yourself. Here's a little about me... I am a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in New Hampshire with more than 10 years of professional work experience as a therapist, educator and coach. My clinical experience has been working with people from later childhood to elder adulthood in several regions of the US. I am adept at helping clients with stress and anxiety, interpersonal interaction challenges, trauma and abuse, parenting issues, along with mood and challenges related to neurodivergence. I aspire to treat everyone with respect, empathy, and compassion. Foundational to my understanding of people is the belief that we are doing the very best with the resources we have available in any given moment. This belief supports our ability to explore with curiosity rather than shame and ensures empowerment rather than victimization.

My approach is Rogerian (person centered) at its foundation with utilization of motivational interviewing, rational-emotive therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques. We will also identify your personal Resilience practices and support amplification of what is already working to move you through life's challenges. Our sessions will be tailored to your unique needs and preferences. I look forward to partnering with you in exploration, healing and growth.

It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & work with you to amplify your power as you move your life in closer proximity to your ideal life.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Kelley has been an incredible resource for me. I came to her when I was feeling depressed about where I was in my mental health despite being in an on paper good place. She helped me find goals for myself weekly and tools that would help me identify what was going well as well as how to cope with the negative thoughts that were not helpful to worry about. It took about six months for me to feel like I had made major long standing improvements. Each session left me feeling more aware of myself than before. She always makes suggestion and curious inquiries rather than insisting I follow certain advice. She replies to messages in a thoughtful and timely way and hasn’t canceled appointments. Her voice is one i have internalized as a voice that gives me permission to give myself grace. Thank you Kelley

I’ve been working with Kelly for a year now. She has an incredible way of helping you see your life patterns and guides you with her expertise to help formulate new behaviors that will allow you to grow instead of remaining stuck in familiar ways. She gave me encouragement and strength during difficult times and has always been honest and kind in her communication. I am forever thankful to have been matched with Kelly. She truly offers a comforting space to be in and her expertise is unmatched in my experience.

I’ve met with other therapists in the past and didn’t connect with them at all. I was nervous going into this that it would be the same way with Kelley. From the very first meeting she was so incredibly different than the others. She has helped me through so much in such a short time while not making me feel like a burden. She has given me coping techniques that are completely reasonable and they actually work! I see myself staying with her in the long run even if it’s just for occasional check ins!

She has a great ability to tune in and understand the person and their needs and wants. Thank you!

Kelley has been beyond amazing for me. I started with therapy because I had a really bad anxiety attack and was in a really bad head space. I honestly was dreading doing this because I was afraid of sharing. Before my first session, Kelly messaged me and was so incredibly welcoming. We had many conversations back and forth so by the time our first session came around, I already felt like I knew her and she knew me. She has made me feel so comfortable to share what I need to share and she is unbelievably supportive and understanding. There are not enough amazing words to describe the recognition, support, advice and help that I receive from Kelley. She even goes out of her way to check in on me throughout the week between sessions. If you're considering therapy and are on the fence or unsure, I can't recommend it enough. If you're lucky enough to be matched up with Kelley, you've won the jackpot. Thank you for all that you do and for all the support you have given to me and all your other clients, Kelley.
