Hello and welcome.

It takes great courage to take the first steps in finding yourself here,

I'm a warm, compassionate therapist and will work with you to find a way that allows you to explore any current difficulties that you are facing, maybe it's past experiences that you feel you need to explore.

I have 6 years experience working with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, emotional abuse and trauma.

I am also experienced in working with neuro-diverse clients and also the LGBT community.

I am person centred in my therapy approach, this means that you as the client is the focus and I will always create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgement.

If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support you.

I will check messages each morning before 10am and then I will check them again in the evening and will aim to reply by 10pm.

Please know I will respond as soon as it's possible.........

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
