Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Alicia has been a great resource for actionable steps in attaining my goals and I have learned so much throughout the process of how to better manage my ADHD and anxiety without medication (personal choice). She helped to create an environment that fosters success and identifying behaviors that inhibit success and creating solutions for how to manage them. Alicia also offers a compassionate lens to reaching my person goals and helped me to recognize and celebrate my progress and accepting that setbacks are part of the journey and not to be too hard on yourself. I really appreciate Alicia’s approach of offering real life solutions to real life problems.
She gets to all my needs. And very helpful
She is excellent! Simply said.
Alicia actually cares about helping me. She is the only therapist I have ever had that actually reaches out to me to ask how I am doing or reminds me to schedule a session if I forget or haven't been keeping up with her. She is supportive but challenges me as well. She doesn't just say that she will look into things for me or send me resources, she actually does it. She has fit me in last minute a few times and and has been kind and understanding when I missed our scheduled sessions in the past, due to my mental health. She was the only person who I felt comfortable talking to in one of the worst depressive episodes I have ever had. Now that I am feeling better, I am looking forward to continuing my work with her to continue to heal.
