Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Mary Landers has been an amazing guide and support though a very difficult time. My 7 year old daughter was diagnosed with cancer. I wish I would have never had to say that sentence but I’m glad I have found a therapist to help me get through the struggles of this difficult stage.
Mary has given me a voice that I thought I would never find, she has helped me improve my quality of life and I am eternally grateful for her to be a part of my support system.
She's so sweet and wonderful, has made me feel validated and supported since our first session.
I’ve found Mary to be open minded, non judgmental and a good listener. She has given me several useful pointers in our sessions so far and I found I could get comfortable sharing issues with her quickly.
