Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

I've only had 2 sessions so far with Amy, but she has been absolutely amazing with me, she listens to me and is so understanding, I never thought I'd find someone who would understand what I'm going through and be so supportive and listen to me, Amy is amazing I can't thank her enough for everything.
I was apprehensive about speaking to a therapist before I spoke to Amy but I’m so thankful I did, there is zero judgement when you speak to Amy and she speaks to you with respect, empathy and understanding. Amy is also brilliantly patient and accommodating and I would recommend her to anyone.
Amy helped me come to my own conclusions about some difficult feelings I was having towards my sexuality and gave me the confidence to be honest with myself and those around me. Amy listened and provided her own reflections with compassion and care.
She’s really nice and professional, she’s open to different methods of communication which is really helpful!
