I am so grateful for the therapy I’ve received from Michelle. Over the course of our sessions, she has truly helped me understand my anxiety in a way that I never thought possible. She took the time to listen and always responded with such empathy and understanding, making me feel seen and heard every step of the way. Her approach is not only thoughtful and effective but also incredibly supportive. I’ve walked away from each session with valuable tools to manage my anxiety and a deeper sense of clarity about myself. I can honestly say I’ve gotten so much out of my therapy and am feeling so much better, thanks to her guidance. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist who is kind, insightful, and truly cares about helping others.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Michelle is so supportive and in a world where everything feels so difficult, I really feel Michelle proves a safe space for me to come out of my shell and say what I need to say without judgement and she helps me identify why and the tools to cope.

This is my second time in therapy, first time because I actually wanted to. I was feeling quite anxious before our first session, but since the first one she has made me feel very comfortable chatting with her. She actually reads what I type, hears what I say and that is very, very important to me. Plus English is not my native language and I am very picky with people I try to speak (pronounce) English to, Michelle made me feel comfortable and safe enough to start making actual phone sessions instead of typing after a couple chat sessions. Big deal for me!

Right from the start, Michelle created a safe and supportive space for me, even though we were doing everything online. Their kindness and understanding made it easy for me to open up and share my struggles. It felt like they really got me, even through the screen. The tools and strategies they gave me were game-changers. I learned so much about myself and how to break free from negative thinking. Michelle helped me develop healthier habits and a more positive outlook on life. It's amazing how much progress I made with their guidance. Thank you, Michelle, from the bottom of my heart. You have made such a difference in my life, and I am forever grateful for your help.
