I was a bit skeptical coming into a telehealth type therapy. I was concerned my therapist would be young and only “book” smart. Marsha has been amazing since day 1. She is extremely knowledgeable about how life events can shape our current perspectives and situations. She has never made me feel bad for crying or telling her my deep dark secrets. I have been comfortable to share with her since day 1 and I usually don’t like sharing or I only tell what I want people to hear. Marsha has been very helpful.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Being newer to therapy was a challenge but Marsha has helped me to open up and just learn that its okay to not be perfect or know what the right thing to do is. Brought me back down to the simple things and given me the confidence to keep at this life thing.

I have only had a few sessions with Marsha but it has been a wonderful experience for me. I needed someone to help me sort out some problems and support me. Marsha has been kind, friendly, supportive, helpful, and insightful from the very beginning. She has a warm and comfortable presence that helped put me at ease in our first session. Her expertise are apparent immediately and I would very highly recommend her. I feel heard, understood, and supported after each session as well as in-between sessions.
