Hi, I'm Sarah. I offer a supportive, genuine space to help you find that deep connection to your authentic self.
I have worked in the NHS in different roles finally training as client-centred counsellor. I have supported people to get through difficult times for over 15 years, this includes recovering from physical health, mental health, and emotional issues. I work with people who are struggling to find their place in the world. Or those who have done that work and are struggling to move from just surviving to thriving.
When stressed, we can feel that we want everything to change. We can feel overwhelmed by others' advice, feel that no-one understands us, and even be confused by our feelings and emotions. People often say that they “do not know who I am” and so need space to find themselves without judgement.
Loved ones might mean well, but sometimes all they give us is judgment.
I offer honesty, reassurance and warmth so you feel safe to test out and explore what it means to be you.
I can also help you to reach goals you never thought possible by being your most authentic self.
I will be there every step of the way as you make changes and overcome your challenges.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Overall rating:
Sarah was good at listening and has some great practical knowledge to help deal with difficult situations
Sarah is very understanding and makes intelligent points to help me figure out my situation.
Sarah has been just what I needed to navigate through a tough time in my life. She knows when to listen and when to interject and she is always able to make me feel at ease even in very difficult subjects. Additionally, about Better Help, I am temporarily in Italy for a year and was at a loss about how to find a therapist. Better Help was recommended to me and it is such a great resource. Easy to manage and accessible from wherever I am.
She's listening and understanding me
