Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I am only on my second session but I feel very comfortable speaking to Frances. I also feel that she understands my needs and will help me to get on this journey of having a healthier mental state.
Before I began consulting with Frances, I was apprehensive about therapy in the general sense. Now that I have had the pleasure of working with her, I am more than happy. She is a great listener, very easy to talk to and overall an amazing choice as a therapist.
Frances is not only a brilliant therapist but also an incredible person. She is extremely attentive and professional with her approach as well as being easy to connect and open up to. I genuinely feel that I have grown as a person thanks to her help and I am so happy I was able to get the chance to meet and work with her.
Frances helped me realize some things, she’s a good listener and I had a pleasant experience with her.
Frances is a brilliant therapist and has helped me work through a number of complex issues. She’s engaging, warm, and very attentive. Highly recommend!
