Hayley has been absolutely lovely to work with. She's warm and welcoming, I feel safe talking to her about whatever I need to.

Hayley gave me the mental hug and compassion I was not able to give myself at a very low point in my personal life. From the very first session I was amazed by how attentive and perceptive she is. Not a word that I said went unheard. Our sessions became a constant highlight in my life - where I feel so comfortable sharing everything, and always gain insight on myself. She really gave me the push I needed to crawl out of a very judgmental and dark cycle I've been pushing myself through.

I am a licensed humanistic integrative therapist based in the UK. My experience comes from providing specialist support to adults and young people who have been impacted by sexual violence and abuse, directly or indirectly. I believe a strong therapeutic alliance is of the utmost importance for you to reach your goals. With this in mind, I aim to provide you with a safe, contained space for you to explore your inner world at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

My experience to date, has enabled me to work with a diverse group of clients. These diversities include different cultures, ethnic origins, gender identities, sexual orientation, and socio-economic backgrounds. I have also worked with clients who have a diagnosis such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, emotionally unstable personality disorder, PTSD and neurodivergent clients. I have experience in helping clients with trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, intimacy related issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence.

As a humanistic integrative therapist, I draw on and integrate different theories from approaches such as person-centered, gestalt, and psycho-dynamic, to support our work together. My approach offers containment, challenge, curiosity, support, and psycho-education depending on your individual needs.

It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Hayley has been absolutely lovely to work with and has made me feel very at ease now that I've finally reached out for help managing my mental health. She's been a very attentive listener and has gently guided the sessions without it feeling like she's taking the focus from me. I wasn't sure how me and the therapist I'd matched to were going to get along but it seems the system works well as I feel like I've really clicked with Hayley
