Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

I am so glad to have found Julie. She has helped me to understand and be kinder to myself.
Really finding that these sessions work for me. Julie is kind and understanding and willing to be honest and help out when it may be needed.
Julie has been very receptive to my therapy needs. On the one hand, she'll be patient and kind with me when I'm having a moment, but she won't shy away from questioning and challenging some of my most unhealthy beliefs. The crux of it is that she was able to create a safe and trusting space to let me feel I could explore these ideas without judgment, and I deeply appreciate that.
