Recent reviews

Robert continues to be patient and listen to my needs and hopes. He has helped me build, understand, and maintain a framework of how my thinking works and to identify where events fall within my framework. This has given me more pause in my actions, which allows for more deliberate next steps instead of winging it like I had been.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Robert has been a fantastic therapist for my PTSD. I’ve had a problem trusting male therapists, but Robert has been very patient as we discuss my triggers and the rage and vindictiveness I get when triggered.

He has a most fascinating and brilliant way of choosing the words, the patterns, and the in-between-the-lines moments of my storytelling. Be they moments of genuine panic, genuine confusion, or genuine amusement, (on my end of course) he always listens to the moment and asks the questions that are meant to bring me back into the room. Something to hold onto, the examine, the weight of his words are exemplified by the humor, kindness, and personalized toolsets he offers me to shape my thoughts. Philosophically he is rich which insight and emotionally he is inquisitive, supportive, and exceptionally mindful. I am rather grateful for his practice, and so enthusiastic whenever he reflects on the inner workings of my mind.
