Truth be told, I was very reluctant to pursue therapy, but I couldn’t be happier with the way things have worked out and that is all down to Claire. She is genuinely caring and friendly and has given me a fresh perspective on the challenges I had been facing, which is exactly what I needed. Thank you Claire

It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Claire has only been my therapist for a short time so far, but already I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. She listens intently and even signing off her messages with ‘Kindest Claire’ creates a very homely and safe feeling to her work. I can’t wait to be under her therapy for longer!
