Pippa was always supportive and would always be there to hear about my woes with a sympathetic ear. She would offer me the strength and advice I needed in situations when I didn’t know how to handle them myself and would never fail to make me feel like I always had someone on my side looking out for me. I wouldn’t have been able to make it through the year without her.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Pippa helped me a lot through a multifaceted problem. In the beginning of working with her, I wasn’t sure what kind of support I needed and what areas I wanted to work on in what order. We figured this out together and took it step by step so I didn’t feel overwhelmed by it. The conversations with her and the tools she suggested helped me to find good strategies and put them into action. She was always kind, warm, compassionate and never sugar-coated things. I really can recommend her as a therapist.
