Karen is a wonderful lady and I’m so grateful to have found her! I feel so listened to and cared for, and most importantly she is showing me that there is hope and I feel like I have someone fighting in my corner with me. Would absolutely recommend her if you are considering. I was only planning on doing therapy for a short time but I get so much value from my sessions with her and I feel she has so much still to teach me that it’s absolutely worth the investment for my mental health. I wish my words could do how I feel about her justice!

I have been having sessions with Karen for over 5 months. It has been nothing but an amazing experience. She is very knowledgeable in all types of therapy i need, i have suffered for a lot of years ( more than i realised after talking to Karen ) with anxiety, guilt, bereavement depression, self-doubt & severe overthinking, she has opened up my mind to the way i think and why i do this & put coping tools in place that really help me get through the difficult times, i have also had a lot things happen in my personal life while i have been seeing Karen and she has been very good at making me realise it is ok not to feel ok at times & made me look at situations more evenly than the usual hard times i give myself. She is one of life's genuinely good people & nothing is ever too much trouble, she is a great listener when needed but will also make you stop and think about things when it is the right time. I really can't recommend her enough she has changed my life, i only wish i had found her earlier

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Have found Karen very supportive through some major life transitions and supporting me with my grief.
Karen has a lovely nature, kind and understanding. She really listens to me and remembers everything we talk about in great detail. I feel very supported by her and lucky that I matched with her. She is full of wisdom and offers sound advice when asked for it.
Karen has been my first ever therapist, and it has been a wonderful experience. She is incredibly kind, gentle and caring. She has been a great introduction to therapy.
Karen is a very understanding and caring therapist, she has a great manner & seems to know when its time to hold back and take it steady & then when to introduce a new aspect into your sessions. Her methods are working well with me and i feel i am making some progress even after only 3 sessions. Sometimes i need to get everything off my chest & other times i struggle to deal or cope with talking , she is very good at noticing these changes and adapts the session accordingly. Straight away i feel i could open up to her and be emotional and show how i felt & as a man thats so important. I would highly recommend her, its taken me a long time to take this journey and realise i need a lot of help & i have been lucky to find Karen so early on to help me through some very difficult times already . Her techniques seem very simple and sometimes i was sceptical but now i am putting them into practice i can see how very useful they are to get me through these dark days and to feeling a lot better about myself after all these years. I know i can put my full trust in her and that is a big comfort.
I have been having therapy with Karen for around 9 months and have only positive things to say about her. She has always been very respectful and validating while also calling me out on behaviours and thought processes that are potentially damaging. Together, we have managed to unpack root causes of my anxiety in addition to discussing and training coping mechanisms for anxious situations or panic attacks and I truly feel like it has made a large difference to me.
Very kind and thoughtful and professional throughout the therapy.
I immediately bonded with Karen and her insightful thoughts that helped me find some clarity. I am looking forward to working with Karen towards my goal.
