I would absolutely recommend better help it’s been a great experience. I was hesitant at first but now I’m so glad that I decided to give online therapy a chance.

I was very anxious and anticipatory about starting therapy again and especially about finding a new therapist I could trust. Laura immediately made me feel at ease. She is incredibly kind and patient, and allowed me to start opening up at my own pace. She didn’t pressure me, let me take the lead on what I wanted to speak about, and asks insightful questions that make me think. She is encouraging and straight up kind. Even her sweet face puts me at ease. Laura is very knowledgeable, experienced, and empathetic. In just 2 weeks she has helped me gain a lot of insight into myself. I will continue to have sessions with her as long as we are both able. 10/10, absolutely recommend.
