Welcome! I am a therapist (LCSW) with extensive experience over 25 years such as inpatient and outpatient, IOP hospital -based settings. In addition I have worked in community-based outpatient clinics.
I am here to support and challenge clients who want to make a change. Also to assist you in developing ways of coping, thinking or behaviors that no longer serve you. This includes life stressors such as work, relationships, caregiving, parenting, divorce, grieving, addictions, life transitions and other changes. I can guide you to manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders as well as trauma/PTSD . All the while working with you to build a bridge of deeper understanding and knowledge towards the goals and person you’d like to be.
I utilize a variety of modalities tailored to each individual such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT),
cognitive processing therapy (CPT for PTSD), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing and other strength-based modalities. I connect to each individual with a client centered approach that is a safe, warm and compassionate space for you to work towards your goals.
I am looking forward to guiding you to help you on your journey of healing.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Beth and I just started but so far she has been great in understanding and talking through what is going on currently in my life.
Beth has been an amazing therapist for me. I returned to therapy after 10 years away from it and she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She has truly helped me to work through and understand some issues I've been having related to trauma. I am in my 40s and it's hard for me to trust people, but Beth has such a calm demeanor and is easily approachable. I'm truly grateful for all I've learned from Beth about the root causes of some of my anxiety and depression issues.
