Hello! I am a licensed professional counselor in Colorado. I have over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field. My background and knowledge is focused in stress and anxiety, relationship issues, career difficulties, & depression. I received my degree from Colorado Christian University in 2018. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.

Therapeutic Approach:

I will tailor our dialog, therapy approaches, and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Faith or spirituality is something that can be incorporated in the therapy process, if interested. Having said that, I tend to utilize techniques and concepts that are found in person-centered approaches, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, trauma-informed therapies, and other supportive therapies that I find helpful for any specific client.

Experience:

I have worked in many mental health settings such as in community mental health, private practice, and residential treatment facilities. I also have much experience conducting and offering counseling through tele-mental health platforms.

Live Session and Contact Information:

Currently, I am offering live 45-minute sessions on two different days of the week (Tuesdays and Thursdays).

At times, I am able to offer a reoccurring session time each week to help with scheduling and consistency. However, this is not something I can always guarantee. I aim to make first contact within 24-48 hours from being notified of the referral. After being an established client, I respond to messages regularly Monday through Friday.

I understand that starting the counseling process can be difficult. My goal is to help you through this time of difficulty to succeed in your life’s endeavors. I look forward to supporting you in the therapy process.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
