Naja has given me her support for the past several months. I believe in her experience and her ability to communicate with me, as someone who is rediscovering my self confidence after being recently diagnosed with neurodivergent challenges (by a third-party) and dealing with a long term relationship breakup. Her relevant expertise, ability to provide reassurance, compassion, hold space for you to work through or process your own experience at your own pace, and especially her analogies/metaphors have been extremely helpful to me. I have humbly stumbled upon her and highly recommend her for my emotional support and (albeit virtual) crying session needs. Happy or sad tears, she is a welcoming professional on the BetterHelp platform and would be an asset to anyone who chooses to work with her and on themselves. 10/10 Would Recommend Naja!

Naja has honestly been one of the best therapists I've ever had. Our sessions feel like catching up with a wise friend with good advice. And I always feel like I can share anything no matter how silly it may seem. Highly recommend and hope to be able to stay with her for a very long time!

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
