I have come so far in my year long experience of doing therapy with Brittany. She has been an excellent listener and I look forward to talking with her each week. I have opened up to her in a way I have never felt comfortable doing with other therapists. I also consider her a friend now and love to hear about her personal life also at the end of our sessions. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Brittany is empathetic and very skilled in her therapy/counseling. She guides me, but never makes me feel insecure about my feelings. If I feel it, it's valid. If it's not healthy, we talk it through. She's really well suited to this job, and I highly recommend her!

Brittany has changed my life for the better. I look forward to our sessions because I know the insights she offers me into my body and my mind and way of thinking are truly valuable. She has helped me become a better person, friend, and mom. I’m truly grateful to have found her through this app. She came into my life at the perfect time and has truly helped me every day with thinking of things she’s said in our sessions or the ways she has taught me to set boundaries. I would recommend her to ANYONE.
