Anjali has been great for me. I like her as a person, great listener and always asks great questions that make me think. I’m feeling better.
Anjali is such a sweet calm talking person. I can open up easily and always feel listened too. Anjali talks in a way that it's easy to understand and again I always feel I can be open, cry laugh how ever I am feeling at that point. I am always asked how I feel at the end of each session and also never feel stressed afterwards.
Anjali listens to and challenges my thought processes in a way that shows she has my best recovery in mind at all times throughout our sessions. I look forward to our sessions at times of stress and leave our sessions with a calm and positive mindset.
I would really recommend Anjali as a therapist. As a first timer, I feel she really cares about my journey and is concerned about my wants/needs/goals from therapy. She explores my past, poses questions and can lead sessions very well when I’m unsure what to talk about. I find Anjali easy to talk to and our sessions go really fast. She supplies work sheets to do in my spare time and I have found some of the techniques really do help me. Anjali makes me feel listened to and understood which is the most important thing I needed in a therapist. I honestly cannot thank Anjali enough for the support she has given me in such few sessions. I look forward to working together each week.

I started this journey with Betterhelp after losing my cousin and then Grandad, primarily to navigate my grief and what life was going to be like moving forward - when matched with Anjali, she was nothing but professional and empathetic to what I was looking for. I truly couldn't have asked for a better match! I'm so proud of where I'm at in life today as for a long time I couldn't see past my loss and Anjali gave me all the space I needed to figure things out and offer an environment where I could be honest and talk any and everything out - Nothing was off limits and not once did I fell like I was being judged or looked down on.
