Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Vince is very knowledgeable and I appreciate that he brings many years of experience helping individuals understand and overcome their personal and professional challenges. He has helped me gain new perspective on my circumstances and take action toward my goals.

Reviewed February 2023

Vince has been very patient and helpful to me thus far. I had reservations at first due to the specific needs that I felt I needed from my therapist, but Vince has dispelled those notions. Vince has been open in sharing his own personal experiences as well which helped the personal connection I feel about his experiences as it relates to my own. Although my problems are still ongoing and go beyond myself, Vince has helped me figure out my own responsibilities and boundaries to help me stay locked in to what is best for my own future.

Vince is the best therapist I’ve had, maybe ever. I’m really thankful for him and his expertise which includes not only therapy, but executive professional experience. I trust him to help me reach the goals I have set for myself in therapy and in life.
