I am so happy I made the leap to join BetterHelp, especially getting matched with Jen. I couldn’t have asked for a better pairing sheet challenges me but is there for me every way I need it. She’s great at “pen drops”.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

She is doing a great job at helping me understand the sources of anger and how to better manage it.
Great listener
Jennifer is amazing. She listens, really listens, to what you're saying and provides support and uses her expertise to guide you through your journey. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs someone laid back, professional, but so personable too!
We've only been working together a short time, and I already feel myself unlocking doors of trauma that have been hidden for a long time. Jennifer is so kind and compassionate. She gives me such hope that I can get past all of these obstacles and rise as a better version of myself. I can't recommend her enough, honestly.
Jennifer is highly empathetic and treated my concerns with care. I appreciate meeting with her.
Jen has been a breath of fresh air. I have had negative experiences in the past and she has changed my thoughts on therapy. All I can say after 2 sessions is thank you!
The best :)
If you’re looking for a thoughtful, engaged, relatable, and encouraging therapist who listens, responds, and helps ask the tough questions then you’ve found the right person. I’ve found her to be the best therapist I’ve ever had. She helps me dig into the reasoning behind behaviors and thought patterns in a gentle & encouraging but firm way. I appreciate her so much. I have never had a better therapist.
I am beyond thankful to have matched so well with you. There’s still so much to work through but I feel very comfortable opening up. We have a great connection and feel very supported and respected!
Awesome therapy, and great listener. I definitely felt safe and heard, and I’m glad I got to try out this form of therapy :)
Jen is so wonderful! She is thoughtful, kind, funny and gives such great guidance.
I always look forward to talking with Jennifer every week. It’s amazing to have someone that is very knowledgeable and experienced with late ADHD that was not correctly diagnosed until adulthood, (26 years-old for me), and all of the messy frustration, anger, sadness, etc. that results from a late diagnosis. For the first time in my life (I’m 41 years-old now), I feel truly seen, heard, and understood.
Jennifer is really helping me grow in areas I didn’t realize I was scared to. She’s helped me to recognize patterns, to set boundaries and to keep my head above water through my job search- which can be incredibly dehumanizing at times. I feel like I seek advice about navigating interpersonal relationships from her and if she feels there’s a book that mentions the nuance better- she’ll go through each part with you at your own pace.
