She is one of the best therapists I have ever had.
Paulette is very calm and kind. She gave me space to exist and reflect using tools that were of a wide variety. She took extra care and time to make those resources available to me in a timely manner in order to help me be equipped with tools to work on myself and responding better in triggering situations. I am so grateful for the time in therapy with Paulette!
I’ve had a few sessions so far with Paulette and they have been absolutely amazing. Within those few sessions, I’ve been able to openly speak and learn to apply what she’s taught me which as a result has calmed down my anxiety a bit and take a step back to cope with situations better. I’m still going through the process of healing but encountering Paulette has been life changing for me.
