I think your first visit or 2 you are skeptical, I think this may be normal. But my therapist has helped to bridge a connection even when we were more disconnected by distance of contact with her encouragement and it appeared to be understanding. These are things that reeled me back into my interest to want to talk with her.

Reviewed September 2024

I can honestly say after my first session with her, I absolutely love her and love the fact that I can message her at any time. She’s been so amazing and I’m so glad that I was paired with her.

It's been most helpful to validate the way I think and feel about occurrences in my life and providing suggestions of how to cope with them or approach them that has given me a sense of confidence that I can deal with I am faced with. I was feeling a bit defeated about many things previously, because negativity can consume you.

Emily listens to me so well and matches my energy to a T. She makes me feel no shame in my game and she’s very welcoming when it comes to having my little one interrupt sometimes. She makes me feel as though she has my best interest at heart and keeps it very real. I was nervous about therapy before I started but she has made me beyond comfortable. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND !!!
