My name's Emma and I am licensed in the UK with 15 years of professional work experience in Canada and the UK. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, sleeping disorders, motivation, self esteem, confidence and depression.

I always used to look at therapy as this uncomfortable/shameful thing, not towards others doing it but towards myself doing it. But in reality, it is the complete opposite.
