I have been struggling and barely mnging for three yrs now. In a matter of two sessions she had me more calm nlistening to reality a lil better. I was excepting things I could n could not chg. She gv me small task to be able to make progress. Which we all know that when u feel accomplished u feel better. But the reality of the hard truth came w standing up to the situation.
