I have been working as a licensed psychotherapist since 2017.

I'm experienced in helping clients with an extremely wide variety of issues ranging from anxiety and depression to severe and complex trauma.

The heart of my work is within person centred therapy, with the focus upon your unique needs. I take each individual as they come. I understand how daunting and difficult therapy can be, and there is no judgement within my therapy room. I focus on ensuring a personal, open and honest relationship. Most of all, I want you to feel comfortable and open within the counselling sessions, so that you get the most from them. The sessions will be tailored to suit your needs. I am also an integrative therapist and so typically combine CBT and other forms of therapy as and when appropriate.

We will work to build a strong rapport in which you feel comfortable to share and work through any issues that you may be facing.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
