Cynthia is the first therapist out of probably 30 that has worked with me and understood me. I miss appointments bc of sleep issues, I constantly have a new issue. She’s the first one to lay it all out in plain sight. She understands my LGBTQIA+++ issues, and even asked for clarification about what certain new terms mean so she can understand. Amazing. Cynthia is you read this I absolutely love you queen

It’s always hard to speak to a new therapist and try to evaluate if they are a good fit. There’s usually a lot to unpack as well as describing your current hurdle. Cynthia met me as a person during our first sessions, we got to know each other while I explained my current difficulties. She eased my mind and asked questions that helped guide the conversation so that we both provided pertinent information. What I really needed was support to get back on track. Cynthia has given me that support and I can’t thank her enough.

Cindy has been an incredible help since I started working with her. She’s allowed me to be vulnerable in a safe space and has really helped me improve on working through difficult thoughts/emotions. She encourages you to challenge your thoughts, which has been great for me. She was always on time for every appointment and reliable. She also would check in on me via messages in between appointments, which I really appreciated. Would absolutely recommend her!
