She has helped me greatly with my issues, always tries to make me smile and I have a lot of fun talking to her even when I'm talking about the heavy stuff going on in my life. 10/10 would recommend.

Suzanne Kramer guided me through some tough sessions and made sure I was okay before we signed off. I told her things I had never told anyone because she made me feel safe, secure, trusted, and heard. We used Prolonged Exposure Therapy techniques to help me deal with some old pain. She taught me grounding techniques to use outside of our sessions, which I have found to be immensely helpful and continue to use for my anxiety. Suzanne's personality, experience, knowledge, and sincerity helped me transform traumatized parts of myself into things I could let go of after sharing with her. Until you experience something like that, you don't know how freeing it is. Because we concentrated on past stuff, I'm better able to be present in the moment now. I am grateful to Suzanne for helping me be the best version of myself.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
