Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Martin has helped me through tough times. He offers excellent advice and ways to navigate a solution. He is reliable and immensely knowledgeable. He has a unique trait which allows me to feel very comfortable and supported. Thank you

Reviewed May 2023

Martin was very attentive and sensitive to my experience. Also very patient and polite considering a bit of a language barrier and inconveniences with the internet connection from my side. He was very adaptive in the course of our sessions, as I jumped from one topic to another (which I struggled the most with at a time), and I always felt that Martin can help me with any issue. He helped me through the hardest time.

Reviewed March 2023

Martin is an exceedingly thoughtful and attentive therapist. He has helped me navigate through some particularly thorny situations with my career and his insights on my relationship issues really helped me see things in a more positive light. I would very highly recommend Martin.

Completly changed my negative views and showed me how to kick my addiction, Extremely Friendly and Understanding, came to him with several problems I wanted help with and handled them and me with much care. His approach to these problems helped the most as he didn't tell me it was wrong, just asked me what is the good and bad of it. Would reccomend to anyone!

I haven’t worked with Martin long, but he made it incredibly easy to open up about deep issues. He is a therapist that you can trust from the first session, and makes you feel comfortable with sharing deeper issues. He is very talented at navigating the conversation to deal with difficult thoughts and emotions. I am very lucky to work with him.

Martin is by far the best therapist I have ever met. Everything we are working on is all about action to move forward with my life, reframing how I think so that I am not as hard on myself and getting to the route of my anxiety and depression. I am doing homework every week and he is holding me accountable for the foundational elements in bettering my mentality like eating, sleeping and exercising. I find it a very safe space to talk without any judgement

Reviewed December 2022

Martin listens to me very carefully and observes things that I would never have caught on to myself. He asks the right questions to help me better understand myself and the areas I need help with. With his help I have started to work through some of the things I'm struggling with, after only a handful of live sessions

Reviewed December 2022

Martin has been an amazing therapist. I started in a very difficult time for me and was not sure how it would go, but his expertise has guided me to have a better understanding myself and my feelings and getting the tools to make sure I can overcome hard situations both now and in the future.
