I completed 12 weeks with Vanessa! And those 12 weeks changed my life. We worked through bereavement and grief, family conflict and limiting beliefs. Vanessa taught me tools that I can take with me for the rest of my life. I am forever grateful for meeting Vanessa and I definitely will be back annoying her in the future!

I've been doing therapy with Vanessa for almost 8 weeks now and I'm having a hard time to describe the immense amount of gratitude I have for her and this experience! To begin with I wasn't quiet sure I needed therapy. Yet, since I was facing some challenges in life, I chose to give it a try for a week or two and in case I didn't find my therapist, or in general therapy, useful I would have walked away. Little did I know that just by my second video call with her things started clicking and shifting. I've been to therapy for only 2 months yet I feel like I've made a major shift in my mental health. I feel more balanced, self aware and connected to myself now more then ever before. Vanessa has provided me with tools to cope with my anxieties and triggers and instead of being a victim to my circumstances, I now feel more empowered (everyday I am winning a battle - big or small). I also started to trust myself more and practice more kindness and gentleness towards myself. I've also noticed how loving myself is getting easier now and my dips and lows are not as painful as they used to be. Vanessa has been, and is, such an important part of my healing journey. Thanks to her patience, kindness, guidance, wisdom and strength I now feel like my own Shero and I've got my own back! She's a great listener and a brilliant therapist. I recommend her to anyone who needs support, healing and wants to change their life for the better!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
